Training Cancellation Policy
If you withdraw from an event -FOR WHATEVER REASON - you don’t get a refund.
In extenuating circumstances, you may get a credit note, but this decision will be made by the committee at their next meeting.
All training MUST be paid for 7 days in advance
If you book training, it is assumed you will attend and have made your payment no less than 7 days previously
When you make your payment, PLEASE, give a reference (ideally the date of the event.) We know some banks don’t allow you to make changes easily, if this is so, please send the organiser an email, just saying you have paid and for which event.
Don’t assume the organiser has picked up comments on Facebook, please contact them as well.
Please don’t pay, giving no reference and turn up to an event assuming you have a place.
We know horses are unpredictable creatures and accidents happen, but we are all volunteers, and a considerable amount of our time seems to be spent constantly reallocating training spaces and searching for payments.
Passport Checks
Blackdown Hills Riding Club follow the guidelines / rules as set by the specific venues that we use to hold our events. These guidelines may vary from one venue to another. In the interest of the health of your horse and the possibility of you being able to compete, it is advisable that you have your horses inoculated against equine flu. Please check each venue’s website for their update on their ruling.
